We used Fredenhagen Remodel to update our kitchen, which turned into most of the first floor! I had a lot of decorative touches that I wanted added to the project and Steven and team were patient and responsive to my needs. I loved how clean the crew was, since I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. I couldn't believe we could walk through the site every night after they left. Crew was polite and respectful, always closing the gate, and helping with extra projects. I do admit that the planning process was long, but that made the actual construction go very smoothly. Start to finish, we were around 3-4 months, which everyone couldn't believe given we took kitchen down to the studs, had some delays with my decorative touches, and added on several more rooms in the process. Fredenhagen has its own crews, which is wonderful as they can be moved around to different sites. This was also crucial as some weather emergencies came up in different areas of the house and Steven insisted that his crews come over (within hours!) and help, vs. me waiting on my other service crews to find time for me. Including fixing the furnace at 6 pm the day before Thanksgiving!! People are amazed at the transformation of my house, using both my ideas and many good suggestions from Steven and team. I am so glad I found this team and am already planning my next project!

We used Fredenhagen Remodel and Design for our house that we recently purchased. From our first meeting with Steven and Mariya, they were professional as well as knowledgeable. They gutted our first floor which included, kitchen, family room, powder room as well as full house paint job. They did such an exceptional job, between they’re design expertise, and the work of the crew who were not only excellent in their craftsmanship, but were always professional, timely, and cleaned up every night before returning the next day.i can’t say enough about how happy we are with our finished beautiful home. We’ll definitely use them again in future projects.

We hired Fredenhagen Remodel & Design to remodel our whole first floor. We provided Steven Fredenhagen with some ideas of what we were looking for, and he and his team took it from there. The Fredenhagen team put together a design that addressed all of our wants and needs, even anticipating them ahead of time.

So happy with the decision we made going with Fredenhagen Remodel & Design to complete our bathroom project (that I wasn't looking forward to doing) Steven and his wonderful team are completely different then any other company we interviewed. We used Fredenhagen Remodel & Design to finish our basement, also to relocate our lower level laundry up into our master closet and remodel our mudroom to create a seating area and additional storage. We had a wonderful experience working with Steven, his assistant Mariya and their entire crew. Our basement is gorgeous. Steven worked with us to create a design to match our industrial style and was very helpful as we made our design choices. We could not be happier with the end results.

We couldn't be happier! We used Fredenhagen remodel and design to update our kitchen. We told Stephen how we needed our new kitchen to function for our family. He listened and understood then designed a kitchen beyond what I anticipated! His eye for design and detail is amazing! I couldn't say enough good things about his employees either. We are so happy we went with Fredenhagen Remodel and Design, we have interviewed about 5 different contractors and thank god we made the right choice. Steven and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our tiny kitchen area to a huge open kitchen! Starting with different designs shown on a 3D drawing system, and selection making (Steven and Mariya have made it fun and enjoyable for us) - to the last and final walk through. Fredenhagen Remodel & Design is a cut above the rest. They recently completed work on our house. They beautifully designed and updated our powder room, 2nd floor bathroom, laundry room and turned our first floor into an open concept living space. We will use them again!

We had them remodel our basement from ‘bare bones.’ We had a general idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and met with other contractors but as soon as we met with Steven we knew we would hire Fredenhagen right away. Steve and his team have finished my basement into a beautiful family room and changed me cramped shower into a closet and made a useless tub into a walk in shower. He has made an ok town home into a lovely home for me.

We had Fredenhagen Remodel & Design build out our unfinished basement and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It is truly the man cave that I have always dreamed of. We met with numerous contractors before deciding who to go with and once we met Steven, we knew that he was the right person for the job. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but nothing too specific (just how we wanted it laid out). Steven had great ideas for the space and we ended up just letting him run with his ideas. The result was a beautiful basement that we couldn't be happier with. Fredenhagen Remodel and Design is awesome! My husband and i bought a home we always wanted, but not with a kitchen of our dreams. Steven and his team made our kitchen to die for! They came up with many different ideas and options we have never even thought about. My kitchen is my favorite spot in the house now. Our project got completed earlier then said, everyone was extremely polite and so helpful with everything! Our next project is our master bathroom and of course with Steven and his awesome crew! Nothing short of amazing! I hired Fredenhagen Remodel and Design to remodel my townhome. They did a complete renovation, new floors, kitchen, carpet, bathrooms, paint etc. The quality or their work is second to none. I have had really bad experiences with contractors in the past. Fredenhagen was literally a God send! Steven came and quoted the work. The price was very fair and in line with the competition. However, Fredenhagen was able to complete the construction in less than 6 weeks! Other companies were saying it would take 3 to 4 MONTHS. The Fredenhagen crew worked very efficiently. Mariyah was great at communicating and letting me know what was going on with the renovation. The design ideas were marvelous! The quality of the products/materials are highend. I love my home now. You can't go wrong with Fredenhagen!

After talking to many contractors we decided to go with Fredenhagen Remodeling and could not have been happier. They did such an amazing job that we just kept expanding the project and they have updated almost everything in our house, with the best being our new amazing kitchen and beautiful remodeled basement. After 15 years of living in our house, it was time for us to do some updating and remodeling. We found Fredenhagen Remodel and Design on Houzz and sent them an inquiry. Within 12 hours of my inquiry, Steven was at our house providing us with ideas on how we could remodel our powder room and 2nd floor bathroom that our boys use. We felt so at ease with his company and him, that my husband then asked them to complete his dream project of making the first floor of our house open concept by removing an entire wall.

My husband and I recently bought a home that needed updating, we hired Fredenhagen Design to do the work. We were under a timing issue in moving from the old house into the new one. Steven’s team got to work within hours of closing. Not only did they get the work done in a timely fashion, but the quality of the work was exceptional. The biggest thing that really stood out to us, that needs to be mentioned, is that it was obvious that Steven loves what he does. Steve and his team just finished our basement. Not only is it beautiful but it was done on time and on budget.
